1. Key Responsibilities:
- Support international B2B sales operations, focusing on export markets and existing customer accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Build strong relationships with current clients, understand their needs, and proactively offer solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Accounting, Production...) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer experience through CRM systems and digital tools.
- Assist in developing reports and insights to support customer retention and account growth.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in International Business, Trading, Logistics, or related fields.
- 6 months to 1 year of internship or work experience in Logistics Sales, Logistics Customer Service, or International Business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with international clients (English proficiency is a plus).
- Interest in customer success, account management, and system optimization.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a B2B export environment.
