Job Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting project governance, execution, and strategic alignment for a large-scale infrastructure project. Ideal candidates should bring solid project management experience and an eagerness to apply best practices, while being adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from relevant parties;
(ii) Monitor project progress, scope, risks, and resource utilization;
(iii) Supervise implementation quality based on established standards and KPIs/ OKRs;
(iv) Provide regular reporting and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Evaluate and analyze interrelated issues across workstreams that may impact overall project progress and planning.
(i) Act as the central coordination point for project-related communication among stakeholders;
(ii) Deliver dashboards, progress charts, risk matrices, etc., to ensure information is timely, transparent, and accessible.
(i) Responsible for scheduling meetings, consolidating and preparing materials for Executive Committee sessions.
(ii) Prepare post-meeting MoM based on Committee decisions.
(iii) Ensure departments comply with processes under the Committee's governance and provide necessary guidance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or real estate development
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills/ Experiences:
Experience in airport design management, including infrastructure components such as terminals, airside, and public areas.
Proven ability to develop construction financial models, preferably in collaboration with strategic consulting firms; candidates with CAPEX and construction budgeting experience are highly valued.
Strong background in managing and controlling large-scale technology projects, with preference given to those familiar with airport technology systems.
Former consultants from McKinsey, BCG, or similar firms with relevant experience in developing airport business development strategies.
Former consultants from McKinsey, BCG, or similar firms with relevant experience in designing airport operational strategies and frameworks.
