Lead technical and solution discussions with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and articulating our value proposition
Develop comprehensive solution proposals, and pricing models tailored to client needs
Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and create winning strategies for complex outsourcing deals
Conduct detailed process analysis and mapping sessions with prospects to design optimal solutions
Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives
Partner with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with operational capabilities
Support contract negotiations by providing technical expertise and solution clarification
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT
5+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or consulting roles within the BPO/outsourcing industry
Proven track record of supporting successful large-scale outsourcing deals
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong Understanding Of Business Process Outsourcing Operations, Particularly In
Customer Service
Technical Support
Data Processing
Experience with RFP responses and bid management
