Job Description

Position Purpose:

Manage and developKey/Strategic Accounts, build long-term customer relationships, ensure service excellence in logistics operations, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assignedKey Accounts.
  • Act as themain point of contactfor customers regarding service performance, pricing, contracts, and operational issues.
  • Support negotiation, renewal, and management oflong-term logistics contracts.
  • Coordinate closely withOperations, Business Solution, and other internal teamsto ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities forupsell/cross-selladditional logistics services.
  • Conductregular business reviewsand monitor operational KPIs (OTD, service quality, accuracy).
  • Ensure highcustomer satisfaction (CSAT)and minimize complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree inLogistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum2 years of experience in sales logistics or key account
  • Experience inAccount Management or Customer Managementis an advantage.
  • Strong understanding oflogistics operations and commercial mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented.
