Position Purpose:
Manage and developKey/Strategic Accounts, build long-term customer relationships, ensure service excellence in logistics operations, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with assignedKey Accounts.
- Act as themain point of contactfor customers regarding service performance, pricing, contracts, and operational issues.
- Support negotiation, renewal, and management oflong-term logistics contracts.
- Coordinate closely withOperations, Business Solution, and other internal teamsto ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities forupsell/cross-selladditional logistics services.
- Conductregular business reviewsand monitor operational KPIs (OTD, service quality, accuracy).
- Ensure highcustomer satisfaction (CSAT)and minimize complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree inLogistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum2 years of experience in sales logistics or key account
- Experience inAccount Management or Customer Managementis an advantage.
- Strong understanding oflogistics operations and commercial mindset.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented.
