POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Product Marketing Leader acts as a strategic bridge between Product, Partnership, and Customers. You are responsible for crafting messaging and leading feature launch campaigns to ensure brands understand, trust, and desire to use ZZP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication & Trust: Execute communication activities to ensure users understand and believe in the product's value.
- Value Conversion: Transform product features into clear, relatable benefits for users.
- User Acquisition: Drive user growth through both organic channels (social media, word-of-mouth) and paid channels; oversee messaging, creative content development, and media planning.
- Measurement: Measure campaign results using quantitative metrics (Awareness, Perceived Value, Market Share) and qualitative metrics (MAU, Adoption Rate, etc.).
- Market Insights: Regularly monitor market and social trends to provide effective marketing activities and suggest flexible adjustments to product or marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments with minimal supervision.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to accelerate market research, social listening, insight synthesis, and campaign execution.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in Product Marketing or as a Marketing Lead for B2B SaaS or E-commerce products.
- Wording & Storytelling: Excellent wording skills and storytelling mindset; ability to transform dry data into messages that resonate emotionally with users.
- Product Mindset: Deep understanding of tech product development processes and the ability to interpret basic analytical data.
- Coordination: Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to connect effectively with Tech teams (Dev/Data) and Business teams (Partnership & Sales).
- Attitude: Growth mindset, not afraid to fail, and always customer-centric.
- Plus: Basic image design skills and deep knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing industry in Vietnam.
