Job Description:
1. Event Planning and Coordination/ Lp k hoch v iu phi s kin
- Contribute to event planning in alignment with the brand's direction and objectives. Tham gia xy dng k hoch s kin ph hp vi nh hng v mc tiu thng hiu.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., props design, marketing, business development, legal, procurement) and external vendors (e.g., suppliers, freelance staff, BOP) to ensure timely and high-quality event execution. 2. On-site Management and Execution/ Trin khai thc hin qun l s kin on-site
- Attend events to support and coordinate onsite execution, ensuring smooth operations in assigned areas (e.g., setup, registration, staff coordination, material preparation, etc.). 3. Post-event Reporting & Evaluation/ Bo co v nh gi sau s kin

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields. Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh Marketing, Qun tr s kin hoc cc lnh vc lin quan.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of hands-on experience in event execution (preferably in FMCG, logistics, agencies, or event/activation companies). Ti thiu 2 nm kinh nghim trc tip trong trin khai s kin (u tin ng vin c kinh nghim trong FMCG, logistics, agency hoc cng ty s kin/activation).
- Strong knowledge of offline event execution in local markets, including on-the-ground logistics and team coordination. C kinh nghim thc t trong t chc s kin offline ti th trng a phng, bao gm vn hnh onsite v iu phi i ng nhn s.
