Responsibilities

1. Accounting Management:

Oversee and manage all activities of the accounting department, including general accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and other accounting areas.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, financial statements, and related documents.

Authorization and signing of required documents such as financial statements, accounting records, and payment evidence and so on.

Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.

2. Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to regulations.

Analyze and evaluate the company&aposs financial situation, providing recommendations for improvement.

Develop budget plans and monitor budget implementation.

3. Tax Management:

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax reports on time.

Update changes in tax laws and related regulations.

Work with tax authorities when necessary.

4. Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage the company&aposs cash flow, ensuring liquidity.

Develop cash flow plans and forecasts.

Manage accounts receivable and payable.

5. Team Management:

Recruit, train, and develop the accounting team.

Assign tasks and evaluate employee performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Chief Accountant certificate (CPA, ACCA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Chief Accountant or equivalent, preferably with experience in accounting in a manufacturing company.

In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

In-depth knowledge of PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT and related legal regulations.

Strong management, leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Proficiency in English is required for handling daily tasks and preparing reports (we also have an accounting knowledge test in English during the interview process)

Ability to communicate in Japanese with the BOD (an advantage but not mandatory).
