System Requirements Engineering: Leading the gathering, definition, and documentation of requirements in collaboration with technical teams and external vendors. Designing and developing the downstream system which is fully integrated with ERP WFX.
Project, Backlog and Timeline Management: Overseeing the product backlog and project timelines to align with business schedules and key milestones
Process Improvement Coordination: Working with internal stakeholders to strategize and implement business process improvements
User Training and Empowerment: Creating training materials and conducting sessions to help users integrate the new tools into their daily operations
Automation and Workflow Design: Utilizing technologies like Power Automate, and VBA to design and develop automation solutions that support business processes and operations
Coordinate with Development team: Deploy the functions as the business requirement and delivery on time.
People management: Coach and lead the team 7 members
Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring microservice health and troubleshoot incidents
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in a similar field and in an international dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Knowledge of PTPM processes (Waterfall, Agile).
SQL Query skills (Inner Join, Left Join, etc.).
General knowledge of Big Data applications, Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
Skills in modeling with mind mapping and proficiency in tools like Visio.
UI/UX knowledge. Understanding UX for applications/products and evaluating UI/UX designs.
