Build development plans for the customer network, including potential, strategic, and loyal clients.
Plan and establish systems of potential customers and strategic partners; maintain customer relationships.
Directly organize and manage all business and market activities of the company.
Ensure assigned business targets are met, including sales, profit, and customer goals.
Collect, analyze, and evaluate market information; provide proposals and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Train, motivate, develop, and manage the sales team to align with the department's strategies and goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Age: 3040 years old.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales Management roles at companies providing IT solutions or Internet connectivity services.
Strong professional and leadership skills; experience managing teams of at least 7 members.
Possess an extensive B2B client network and maintain close customer relationships.
Capable of strategic planning and developing company business plans.
Able to execute, monitor, and drive business plan implementation and goal achievement.
Excellent problem-solving skills; agile and adaptable to internal and external changes.
Able to work under high and continuous pressure.
Good command of English.
