Engineering Manager

Job Description

*Job summary

The position is responsible for managing engineering department to ensure product, production

engineering and customers requirements

*Key responsibility

1. Manage Engineering team with 200 people
2. Control and improve production yield rate
3. Improve production efficiency (UPH, UPPH improvement)
4. Control production scrap
5. Communicate with customers regarding engineering issues*Educational background: Bachelors degree or higher in engineering;

*Experience

1. Over 7 years of experience in mobile phone or IoT product production engineering management,
2. At least 5 years in management role
3. At least 2 years experience in product production engineering for Tier 1 clients (Apple, Google,

Amazon, Huawei, etc).

*Skill

Strong engineering knowledge related to product, production engineering,

Good at solving and analyzing significant engineering problems, experience with SPC and Six Sigma is

preferred,

Good at customer handling,

Good at people management skill to lead and develop team

Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English

Can work under high pressure in a multi-national company
