Role Description

Develop and coordinate email, affiliate, and influencer marketing activities to engage audiences, acquire customers, and grow revenue. Manage campaigns and partner relationships while using performance insights to improve results and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
• Coordinate content, scheduling, testing, and email deliverability.
• Recruit and manage affiliates, influencers, and content partners.
• Negotiate campaign deliverables, commissions, fees, and timelines.
• Review partner content for brand alignment and appropriate disclosures.
• Track engagement, conversions, acquisition costs, and campaign returns.
• Maintain accurate reporting and recommend improvements.
• Follow applicable privacy, consent, and advertising requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in email, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with email platforms, partner management tools, and campaign analytics.
• Understanding of audience targeting, attribution, and performance marketing.
• Strong writing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, partners, and competing deadlines.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing promotional content.
