Job Description
Operational EHS Suppor
- tSupport daily EHS activities at site, including but not limited to
- :Safety Walks, Safety Talks, EHS Tou
- rPermit-to-Work monitoring (hot work, work at height, lifting, confined space, etc.
- )Contractor safety supervision during construction, installation and maintenance work
- sMonitor compliance with EHS rules during high-risk activities and report unsafe acts/conditio
nContractor & Site Safety Managemen
- tConduct contractor EHS induction and toolbox talks
- .Support contractor EHS evaluation and on-site monitoring
- .Follow up corrective actions related to contractor safety performance
.Risk Assessment & Incident Preventio
- nSupport Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) activities
- .Participate in incident and near-miss reporting, investigation and follow-up action
- sSupport implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
.EHS Compliance & Documentatio
- nSupport implementation of EHS minimum requirements and site EHS procedures
- .Assist in maintaining EHS records, permits, inspection checklists and reports
- .Update and follow up EHS actions in SpheraCloud or other reporting systems
- .Support internal inspections, audits and authority inspections as required
.Emergency Preparedness & Equipmen
- tSupport inspection and readiness of emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, spill kits, first aid kits, eye wash stations, etc.)
- .Participate in emergency drills and EHS campaigns/events (e.g. Safety Day)
.Training & Awarenes
- sSupport EHS training activities and awareness programs for employees and contractors
- .Assist in preparing EHS communication materials (posters, safety reminders, toolbox topics)
.Other Dutie
- sPerform other EHS-related tasks as assigned by the EHS Supervisor / Admin & EHS Manager

Education: Bachelor's degree in Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related fie - ld.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction or industrial environme
