Job description
- Research and identify customer needs, provide consultation, and persuade potential customers from the company's data source.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure a high re-registration rate.
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement PR programs, events, and conduct market research and analysis as assigned to establish a database of potential customers.
- Prepare complete and timely reports as required by management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in sales consulting in fields such as education, real estate, tourism, beauty, insurance, banking, etc.
- Passion for working with children as well as in Sales/Telesales/Customer Service.
- Fluent communication, dynamic, hardworking, and patient.
- Ability to handle high work pressure.
- Independent work mindset, professional demeanor, high responsibility, with a progressive spirit and eagerness to learn.
