Role Description

We are seeking a full-time E-commerce to join our on-site team in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Manage sales operations across E-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List products, write descriptions, and optimize visual assets.
  • Track orders and handle customer feedback effectively.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
  • Manage and execute tasks to ensure sales targets are met on E-commerce platforms, specifically Shopee and TikTok Shop.
  • Brainstorm ideas to refresh and decorate the online storefront for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue-boosting campaigns.
  • Execute on-platform and off-platform advertising campaigns while strictly controlling the allocated advertising budget.
  • Continuously analyze sales data to evaluate and optimize sales performance (driving revenue growth and reducing costs).
  • Build and develop content on E-commerce platforms to increase organic attraction, engagement, and conversion, including improving SEO rankings.
  • Identify trending products on E-commerce channels and propose them to the purchasing department.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and collaborate with other departments to deliver optimal solutions for the E-commerce store.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in E-commerce.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English (IELTS B2 or equivalent).
  • Agile, highly meticulous, and possess a strong understanding of Shopee and TikTok Shop operations.
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics tools.
  • Solid grasp of the rules and operational processes of TikTok and Shopee, coupled with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe for basic visual design support is a strong advantage.

We prefer candidates who can work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City and welcome applicants at the Intern, Fresher, and Executive levels.
