As an Amazon Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Brand store on the Amazon platform to drive sale, revenue, and conversions. You will work with a team of cross-functional experts to develop and implement strategies that help our clients achieve their business goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Execution:

  • Monitor daily sales performance and set pricing and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the SEM/Marketing team on marketing campaigns, impression optimization, and budget management.
  • Track market and competitor information to recommend sales tactics, and create/execute business plans to hit sales targets and forecast sales for each product across all channels.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D) for seamless sales operations, and manage/enhance listing and content quality to improve sales efficiency.

Reporting and Deep Dive Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the DA/BI team to prepare sales reports and analyses (result-oriented) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Consult with higher management on process, system, and measurement improvements using data and research.

Market Research:

  • Analyze competitors, market size, and potential niche markets to determine competitive pricing and product strategies.
  • Research products suitable for niche markets, manage inventory, and forecast product demand using Amazon's support tools.

Market Survey and Consultation:

  • Utilize tools like Helium 10 for market analysis.

Product Listing:

  • Prepare product images and descriptions according to the checklist, avoid negative keywords, and suggest product pricing.

Bulk Product Listing Tool Utilization:

  • Research and utilize tools that support bulk product listing.

Review Management:

  • Use free review tools like Vine Program to gather product reviews.

Promotional and Discount Implementation:

  • Advise and implement promotional and discount programs appropriate for each product and sales stage.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 2 years of experience in an E-commerce management role on Amazon or in category management at a retail or FMCG company.
  • Working knowledge of E-commerce, retail, or FMCG category management.
  • Familiarity with tool and service to support Amazon operations like Helium10, Vine is a plus
  • Knowledge of the US or international market.
  • Experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced analytics tools/knowledge preferred.
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills; quick learner and adapter.
  • Great sense of integrity, responsibility, and urgency, with the ability to work under tight pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Experience participating in business expansion/improvement projects is a plus.
  • Experience in team training, sales performance optimization, and sales executive management is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of market, product P&L, and pricing, with skills in market research, new product proposals, and launch execution.
  • Experience in pre-sale activities, including proposal creation and pitching is a plus.
