Role:

Join Ba3 as an E-commerce Client Success Intern and help us support brands in growing their digital commerce performance. Youll assist our client success team in monitoring campaigns, analysing data, and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.

What youll do:

• Support daily client account operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Track and analyse campaign & sales performance.
• Prepare reports, insights, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to solve client needs.

What were looking for:

• Students or recent grads in E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
• Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Strong communication & analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
