Role OverviewAs a Client Success Intern, you will support the Client Success team in ensuring our e-commerce clients maximize the value of Ba3s solutions. You will assist in onboarding, data reporting, and client engagement, playing a key role in delivering excellent experiences for our brand partners.
What Youll Do- Assist in onboarding new e-commerce clients, ensuring smooth adoption of Ba3 tools.
- Support in analyzing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada data to highlight insights for clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for client success reviews.
- Monitor client accounts for product listing performance, pricing, and promotions.
- Help manage client communications (follow-ups, FAQs, training materials).
- Collect and organize client feedback to share with product and marketing teams.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to support client strategy.
What Were Looking For- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and reports.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada is a big plus.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets or data tools knowledge preferred.
