The Ecommerce Analyst will support Pan Pacific Hanoi in enhancing online sales performance and digital presence.
In this role, you will manage our digital platforms, aiming to increase online bookings, optimize user experience, and maintain data accuracy. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue and cross-functional teams to align our online presence with our sales goals and brand positioning.
Primary responsibilities
- Support in drive online revenue growth by implementing effective ecommerce strategies that capture new customer segments and expand market reach.
- Optimize the entire ecommerce journey, from initial lead generation to booking and post-purchase engagement, to enhance conversion and retention rates.
- Maintain and oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product listings and pricing.
- Act as a key support for the Director of Revenue, ensuring booking quality, accuracy, and optimal data input into the PMS.
- Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for boosting sales and customer engagement.
- Assist in conducting research to assess market trends, competitor pricing, and availability, informing future pricing strategies and contract renewals.
- Support and implement strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure adherence to defined ecommerce strategies, including brand consistency, hotel ranking on OTAs, and accurate representation of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the Marcom and Sales teams to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to guests, maximizing reach and conversion rates through ecommerce channels.
- Prepare and present reports on ecommerce performance, documenting key insights and progress toward revenue goals.
Talent profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- 1-2 years working experience
- Logical thinking and interest working with figures as well as statistics
- Microsoft Office (Excel – Intermediate, Word, Power Point, Outlook – Basic)
- Knowing Opera, Online Travel Agents Extranet, and Revenue Management System is an advantage
