Replenishment Strategy & Execution:

. Develop and implement replenishment strategies using sales forecasts, historical data, and demand patterns.

. Create and maintain advanced planning tools to ensure accurate and scalable replenishment processes.

. Generate and manage purchase requisitions, resolving discrepancies in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.

. Collaborate with suppliers to streamline purchase confirmation and ensure timely stock replenishment.

. Monitor replenishment accuracy and proactively address gaps to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

Inventory management:

. Analyze large-scale inventory data to provide actionable insights for stock optimization.

. Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses to maintain balanced inventory levels across multiple locations.

. Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely physical stock movements.

. Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

. Act as the primary point to support replenishment goals.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Business Development, Ops KAM...) to optimize supply chain performance.

. Detect and resolve supplier-related issues efficiently to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

. Support ad-hoc projects


Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business or a related field.

. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in replenishment planning, supply planning strategy,

or inventory optimization, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.

. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and processing tools such as VBA, Power Query, Python, or similar (required for handling large datasets) is preferred.

. Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills.

. Excellent communication skills, including strong English listening and speaking abilities, to effectively collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders.

. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Google Sheets

. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
