1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in managing and operating online stores on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, etc.)

• Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions on various e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor orders, handle customer complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve arising issues.

• Support planning and executing promotional campaigns initiated by the platform or internal teams.

• Track and report sales revenue, inventory, and operational performance, and propose improvement ideas.

• Research competitors and market trends on e-commerce platforms.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• 4th-year university students or recent graduates majoring in Business, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, etc.

• Interest or basic knowledge in E-commerce; candidates with experience in online selling are preferred.

• Proficient in office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful in handling tasks.

• Quick learner, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-changing work environment.

4. WORKING TIME:

• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
