The Role           

The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing daily financial records, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to maintain organized documentation.

Location: Nhieu Loc Ward (formerly D3), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

• Record daily cash and bank transactions into Excel or accounting systems
• Support issuing invoices and checking basic billing information
• Maintain and organize financial documents (receipts, invoices, contracts)
• Assist in tracking routine expenses and keeping records up to date
• Support simple payment processing and follow up with vendors when needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good command of English (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with accounting software is a plus (training will be provided)
