Key Responsibilities:
Manage DVSE lab which includes (but not limited to)
- Arranging layout of Lab
- Arranging testing requirements,
- Ensure tests are done as per DVSE standards,
- 5S housekeeping methodology,
- Equipment maintenance, calibration
- Microsoft assets safekeep management
- Lab access permission management
- High Business Impact (HBI) Device management –ensuring devices are kept under confidentiality, locked cabinet when not use and check-in/check-out procedure in place
- Equipment and tools inventory management
- Storage room management
- The Lab safety procedure, monitor and management
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of extensive experience in PCBA soldering both PTH and SMD parts (like 1206, 0805, 0603, 0403, 0201, SOT, SOP, SOIC, QFP, QFN, BGA, etc.)
- Hands-on Experience in Board testing and signal measurements / waveform capturing
- Should be able to understand the schematic, PCB layout files
