Technical Program Manager
About the Role
Analog Devices is looking for a senior semiconductor leader to drive execution of complex SoC programs while building a world-class PMO organization. This is a highly visible role that combines Technical Program Management, PMO Leadership, and Executive Stakeholder Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end silicon programs from architecture to tape-out, silicon bring-up, and commercialization.
- Drive planning, execution, risk management, and governance across global cross-functional teams.
- Build and scale PMO processes, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Standardize program management best practices and improve execution predictability.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence across program tracking and reporting.
- Partner with engineering executives, business leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 18+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple successful chip development cycles.
- Deep understanding of SoC/ASIC development flows and silicon program management.
- Experience building or transforming PMOs in large engineering organizations.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Passion for process improvement, automation, and scalable execution frameworks.
