Overview

Responsible for building and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract potential customers, and drive sales performance. This role leads the marketing team, collaborates cross-functionally, and ensures all marketing initiatives align with the company's business goals

Responsibility

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Direct marketing strategies to increase project sales and contribute to the business effectiveness of the company and the group
  • Direct project brand development strategies in line with market demand, potential customers, medium and long-term goals of the Group, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable development
  • Develop, manage, and control marketing plans for all projects developed by the company to achieve its business objectives
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to achieve goals related to branding, image and activities of residents in urban areas
  • Coordinate the implementation of product and product line research and development in accordance with the project development strategy, urban area, business goals and based on understanding of target customers

2. Marketing Execution Management

  • Oversee project and product marketing plans to ensure they support the company's sales goals
  • Guide creative ideas and tools for marketing execution
  • Manage and control the marketing budget to optimize costs while enhancing brand value for both products and the Group

3. Budget and Performance Management

  • Plan and manage project marketing budgets for cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor expenditure and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI
  • Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align and integrate project marketing strategies
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to overall business strategies
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support project marketing initiatives

Required skills and behaviors

1. Background / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in project marketing, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in real estate is preferred.
  • Fluent in English

2. Knowledge, Specific job skills, and Abilities

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proficient in applying advanced technology to marketing operations
  • Skilled in managing media relations, maintaining engagement with the sales network, and coordinating effectively with partners
  • Capable of managing, supervising, and coordinating tasks effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure work environments
  • Creative in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies
  • Sharp market insight and sensitivity to customer and sales team needs
