Job Description
1. Strategic Development:
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Develop a comprehensive business strategy, including goals, action plans and budgets
- Leading and coordinating the implementation of business strategies
2. Admission management:
- Plan and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage sales and marketing staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current customers
- Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance effectiveness
- Plan & conduct personnel training
3. Business Development:
- Establish partnerships with admission agencies to boost student recruitment.
- Strengthen ties with agencies to ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor and enhance agency contributions to admissions goals.
- Analyze market trends to create new opportunities for admissions growth.
4. Student Service Initiatives:
- Create activities and programs that enhance student participation and involvement.
- Launch initiatives aimed at enhancing academic and personal support for students.
- Work closely with student groups to understand their needs and develop targeted initiatives.
- Regularly assess the impact of programs and make necessary adjustments.
5. Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated strategies.
- Align marketing efforts with admission goals.
- Utilize digital platforms and media channels effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
6. Undertake other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in BA/Marketing/Education or related field
- Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (7+ years).
- Possess strong collaborative skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders in adapting and enhancing educational products for the market
- Have 5 year experience in Admission Director or similar position
- Candidate with solid experience in Education is preferred (ideally in Higher Education sector)
- Leadership skill, ability to build up your team from zero
- Passion for education and consumer brands.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English
