Position: Digital Transformation & AI Associate to CEO
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Salary: Up to 10 million VND/month
What you will do
- Optimize and automate workflows using Base.vn, Notion, Airtable, Salesforce, CRM, Zapier, APIs
- Build and manage Master Data (customers, products, orders, etc.)
- Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Agentforce, Fireflies AI) to daily operations
- Support the CEO in OKRs management, reporting, and digitalization of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Administration
- Design digital employee experiences: onboarding, dashboards, AI content libraries, knowledge hubs
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in assistant, support, or systems development roles
- Proficiency or ability to quickly master digital tools such as:
Base.vn, Salesforce, CRM, Notion, Zapier, AI tools (ChatGPT, Agentforce)
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with business understanding and UX awareness
- Growth mindset, critical thinking, eagerness to learn
