We're looking for a Senior Product Owner / Delivery Lead to join our mobile or web engineering teams, embedded directly within delivery. This role blends product ownership with delivery leadership, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution.
You will own the delivery stream end to end, ensuring priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and outcomes are delivered at pace. Working closely with engineering leads, designers, and stakeholders, you will shape the backlog, drive planning, and ensure high quality digital experiences are delivered.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on clarity, momentum, and making sure teams are consistently delivering the highest value work.
You'll collaborate across time zones and locations, with occasional travel to Australia (0-15%) depending on project and client needs.
Requirements
What you'll do
- Own the end to end delivery stream for mobile channels, working with the clients Product Team to ensure clear priorities and alignment
- Translate business goals and requirements into structured epics, stories, and delivery plans
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ongoing prioritisation
- Partner closely with engineering leads to balance delivery pace, quality, and technical constraints
- Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and aligning on priorities
- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, platforms, and integrations
- Ensure the team has everything needed to deliver, including clarity, designs, and decisions
- Review delivered work, gather feedback, and continuously shape the next steps
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and team effectiveness
What You Bring
- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or similar role within mobile or web environments
- Proven ability to run delivery end to end within cross functional engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
- Pragmatic, outcome focused approach to delivery, not overly reliant on rigid process
- Experience managing changing priorities while keeping teams focused and productive
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or eCommerce environments
- Exposure to mobile app delivery, including App Store and Play Store processes
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Visa or permission to travel to Australia

Compensation
- The maximum monthly gross salary for this position is 95 million VND. Final offers will be based on experience and alignment with the role's requirements
