About the Role: Manager – The Pioneer of our Night Shift Powerhouse
As our
Power-engine, you'll manage high-stakes global clients, ensure seamless delivery while building a founding team from scratch as the business grows. On the APAC Night Shift, you lead the charge as the primary decision-maker during peak US/EU trading hours. As the
pioneer for this expansion, you'll partner with global leadership to innovate our workflows and define the blueprint for Dialectica's next phase of global growth.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Client Management: Uphold clients best interest throughout collaboration, ensuring the confidentiality, and security of the data and information.
- Full-cycle Project Delivery: Review complex client briefs, identify top-tier industry experts. Regularly engage with experts to screen and validate their expertise and suitability for specific projects. Arrange consultations and oversee the coordination to ensure the meeting occurs successfully, and the client's knowledge gaps are closed.
What We Look For
At Dialectica, we welcome candidates with different experiences and backgrounds. Here are some qualities that many of our successful applicants possess:
- Night Shift Readiness: Enthusiasm for working from 8:00PM to 5:00AM (UTC+7) (1-hour break included);
- Native or fluent English is a must;
- 2-5 years of experience in Expert Network Service or communicative positions. Highly preferable sales, recruitment or call center experience;
- A resilient and can-do attitude that thrives on solving complex problems under tight deadlines;
- A KPI-driver with proven record of delivering exceptional results and ensuring smooth project delivery;
- A Client-First Attitude commitment to excellence and a drive to exceed expectations.
