Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Marketing professional to manage campaign ad platform channels. This role will be instrumental in driving new buyer growth, managing campaign planning, and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Media planning
- Build up the digital media plan as a solution for business and sales objectives
- Coordinate task planning for campaign execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Manage the execution of search, social, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPM, CPC, CPI, CAC)
- Identify performance gaps, apply optimizations, and ensure campaigns deliver on key KPIs (CPA1, CAC)
- Test new formats, audience strategies, and platform features to scale growth.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Track and consolidate campaign KPIs (Traffic, Sales) across all platforms.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance reporting with broader marketing and business strategies
- Proactively observe & coordinate with other internal teams to identify business problems, investigate to find out the root causes, and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication.
- Fundamental understanding of ad platforms, familiar with ads metrics (hands-on experience with Facebook, Google or Tiktok Ads)
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, detail-oriented, and critical thinking
- Good time-management and task-management skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Proficient in other foreign languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Stakeholders management skills (active listening and supportive)
- Fast self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself
