tiNiWorld is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to scale our presence across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Ecom) in Vietnam.
In this role, you'll plan & execute cross-platform campaigns, track performance, and uncover insights to help the business growth. We're looking for someone who's has the analytical mindset with passion for e-commerce and digital optimization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & optimize the digital strategies for customer acquisition, retention. Improve key performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPL)
- Analyze campaign & sales performance for reporting & gaining insights to optimize future performance & budget
- Website (Wordpress): manage, update & optimize the company web layout. Create campaign landing pages & implement tracking
- SEO: conduct keyword research & competitor analysis, monitor ranking & content strategies
- Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok)
+ Plan, launch & manage all Ads campaigns
+ Test creative, audience & landing pages
- Stay up to date the digital marketing trends, platform updates & competitor activities to keep campaigns effective.
Qualifications
- College or University degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or similar role
- Solid experience in Meta, TikTok & Google ads
- WordPress skills is a big plus (themes, plugin, landing pages)
- Comfortable working independently & ownership
- Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe) is a plus
- Strong written & spoken English is a plus.
