Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (media & growth) to meet client objectives and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including Creative, Media Operations, Buying, etc.) to build proposals, present ideas, and execute integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage and develop the performance of the Account team.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports as required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within media or growth agencies.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility with good organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work under pressure.
