An Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (Technical & Performance) drives digital growth by bridging technical platform management (Corp Web, Salesforce, e-commerce) with media strategy optimize user experiences, manage data-driven campaigns, enhance system integrations, and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.
THE JOB:
- Technical Platform Ownership: Acts as the subject matter expert for the corporate website (CMS),
- CRM systems like Salesforce, and E-commerce platforms to ensure uptime, functionality, and seamless user journeys.
- Performance & Media Management: Executes digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social, and display ads, while optimizing media spend to meet performance targets.
- Digital commerce: Implement the acquisition model to ensure the optimize media budget for best conversion rate
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyzes campaign performance data to improve ROI, tracking metrics, and reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Integration & Marketing Automation: Manages technical integrations between platforms (e.g., Salesforce, social with the website) to enable personalized marketing, CRM-led customer journeys, and efficient data flow.
- System Maintenance: Manages technical updates, bugs, and enhancements for digital platforms to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinates with internal IT, marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, high-performing digital initiatives.
THE PERSON:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in digital performance, media, website management. At least 1 year experience in Life-Insurance industry or Tech company
- Strong experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Good working proficiency in English.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
