Digital & eCommerce Executive

About the Role

Our client, a global leader in consumer audio, is hiring a Digital & eCommerce Executive to support D2C growth across Asia Pacific for audio products. You will execute D2C plans with in-country teams and distributors, with a focus on online sales, customer acquisition and loyalty.

What You Will Do

• Execute regional D2C plans covering online sales, CRM, loyalty and personalisation
• Support the eCommerce calendar, assortment, promotions and exclusive merchandise with local teams and distributors
• Run paid and organic digital campaigns (social, search, SEO, email) and coordinate with agency partners to deliver ROAS targets
• Support site optimisation through UX review and A/B testing
• Analyse sales, traffic, customer behaviour and competitor activity, and recommend improvements
• Prepare performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with global and country teams on site and platform requirements

What You Need

• Degree in digital marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2+ years of D2C or eCommerce experience, with results in driving online sales
• Hands-on experience with an eCommerce platform (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento)
• Working knowledge of digital and performance marketing, and proficiency with analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into recommendations
• Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders across markets
• Regional travel required

• Consumer electronics or retail background
• APAC market experience
• UX/UI experience
• Understanding of D2C versus distributor and retail channels
