We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer with strong experience in producing design assets for physical productssuch as T-shirts, branded merchandise, packagingas well as event setup materials. The ideal candidate understands both creative design and the technical requirements needed to translate designs into production-ready artwork.
Key responsibility:
- Plan concepts & ideas for implementation after receiving briefs from the team.
- Design key visuals, POSM for advertising campaigns (Digital & print), used on social media platforms, website.
- Design event items including event items including apparels, medal, merchandise, and event set-upproductions.
- Ensure designs are accurate to standards, correct format/size/color before publishing or sending to production facilities.
- Follow up the production process to produce the final product.
- Perform other designs when requested.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on merchandise, or event production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects, 3D tools , or mockup tools are advantageous.
- Understanding of printing techniques (screen printing, sublimation, etc.), color profiles, fabric limitations, and production processes.
- Experience preparing production files with accurate measurements, bleed, color modes, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with event teams
