Job Overview:

Create, produce, and optimize all multimedia assets (video, motion graphics, graphic design) to enhance brand awareness, improve user experience, and drive conversions for marketing campaigns of Vantage Markets Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Motion Graphics (70%)

  • Ideate, shoot, and edit videos for YouTube, TikTok, webinar recaps, and short TVCs.
  • Design motion graphics, intros/outros, and lower-thirds aligned with brand identity.
  • Optimize video formats for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display).
  • Run A/B tests and analyze performance metrics.

Graphic Design (30%)

  • Design banners, thumbnails, and key visuals for paid ads, social media, and websites.
  • Create infographics, slide decks, and e-books following brand guidelines.

Asset & Workflow Management

  • Build and maintain a library of templates and presets; organize files on Drive/DAM.
  • Set up internal requestfeedbackapproval workflows.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Content, Performance, and PR teams to turn insights into media products.
  • Stay updated on design trends and AI tools (Runway, Sora, Gen-2); propose relevant applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in video/graphic production; fintech, finance, or start-up background preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating content for digital marketing campaigns
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Davinci/Figma is a plus
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with creative standards for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
  • Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, works well under pressure, data-driven mindset
