JOB PURPOSE:
To deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visual assets that support marketing campaigns and business initiatives across digital and print platforms in Vietnam market.
The Visual Designer will play a key role in executing campaign-driven designs while ensuring strong brand consistency and visual quality. This role focuses on output excellence, collaboration with marketing stakeholders, and timely delivery of creative assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Design Execution
- Develop visually engaging and brand-aligned graphic assets for digital and print platforms, including social media, website assets, banners, email campaigns, posters, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Execute campaign-based design requirements with high accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Ensure all design outputs consistently follow brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and channels while maintaining design quality.
Campaign & Brand Support
- Support marketing and business teams in delivering campaign visuals aligned with objectives and timelines.
- Translate briefs, concepts, and messaging into clear and effective visual outputs.
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening the company's visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital publishing and print use.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative tools to improve visual quality and relevance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with marketing, content, and other internal stakeholders to understand design needs and deliver accordingly.
- Participate in creative discussions and provide visual input to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage multiple design requests and priorities in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or visual design roles.
- Educational requirement: Min. Diploma in any fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign assets, branding work, and digital design outputs for social media and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of brand consistency, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Exposure to short-form content formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok-style visuals).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a campaign-driven environment
- Proficiency in both the local language and English for effective communication
- Experience in motion graphics and/or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools) is a strong advantage
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Contract duration: Able to commit to 6 months with work from office (WFO) arrangement
