Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Organize and comprehensively manage the finance and accounting operations of the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with laws, accounting standards, taxation regulations, internal audit, and financial governance policies.
- Prepare budget plans and financial forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis; control costs, manage cash flow, and optimize the use of financial resources to ensure liquidity, profitability, and scalability of the business.
- Develop multi-level financial and management reporting systems, providing in-depth analysis of revenue, costs, profits, cash flow, and operational performance; ensure accurate and timely consolidation and presentation of financial data for the CEO, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Lead and drive the financial digital transformation, including the selection, operation, and optimization of ERP systems, budget management software, BI (Business Intelligence), and data analytics tools for real-time financial control and decision-making.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential M&A transactions, leading and executing financial appraisals, modeling, risk and opportunity assessments.
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and product departments to provide comprehensive financial analysis supporting strategic decision-making aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability; assist in strategic planning.
- Lead, develop, and optimize the finance and accounting team towards professionalism, transparency, and high performance; build a data-driven work culture, technology mindset, and innovation spirit.
- Financial Risk Management & Compliance: Establish a comprehensive financial risk management framework (including technology risks); ensure compliance with audit bodies, tax authorities, investors, and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
1.Education
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Vietnamese Accounting Certificate), ACCA, or other international finance-accounting certifications.
2.Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent positions such as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager, or Chief Accountant in large enterprises.
- Experience working in large-scale companies (over 1,000 employees, revenue from USD 50 million).
- Preference for candidates with experience in technology firms or multinational environments.
