About The Role
Sunbytes is seeking a Delivery Manager to support service delivery across multiple client projects. This role focuses on delivery coordination, client communication, and operational support, acting as a bridge between Project Managers, technical teams, and clients.
- Support PMs across the delivery lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget tracking, risk monitoring, and issue escalation.
- Assist in client-facing communication by supporting PMs and technical teams in managing expectations, requirements, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate delivery activities such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, and support cross-team collaboration.
- Support commercial activities by reviewing client proposals and helping define realistic delivery commitments.
- Follow delivery processes and tools, support reporting and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Must-have
- At least 4 years of experience in project management , service management, or project coordination roles within software or IT services companies.
- Hands-on experience working closely with PMs and engineering teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Solid technical background in software development, QA, or infrastructure, with the ability to understand technical discussions and delivery constraints.
- Good understanding of software delivery models ( Agile, Waterfall , or hybrid) and delivery coordination practices.
- Experience supporting delivery for international clients, including requirement clarification and expectation management.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, for working with global stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

- Basic involvement in pre-sales support (proposal input, delivery feasibility checks).
- Awareness of delivery vision or service direction, without ownership of strategy.
- Experience supporting team coordination or people-related activities.
- Familiarity with operations, process improvement, or delivery reporting.
- Basic understanding of financial or stakeholder coordination.
