Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Contribute to pre-sales by providing delivery structures, governance models, effort estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Define delivery methodologies and resource plans aligned with fixed-price commitments.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead governance bodies such as steering committees, project boards, and PMO reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and audit requirements.
  • Handle contractual obligations including SLAs and penalty clauses in fixed-price models.
  • Build, coach, and lead cross-functional delivery teams across business analysts, architects, developers, and testers.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, as well as distributed delivery teams.
  • Act as the main delivery contact for executives and business sponsors, maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Oversee BFSI, ERP/HCM, or digital transformation initiatives, ensuring business alignment and regulatory compliance.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project or program management within consulting or IT services.
  • Proven success in delivering fixed-price transformation projects.
  • Solid experience in BFSI, Enterprise Applications (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.), or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage effectively in C-level governance forums.
  • You are structured, organized, and thrive in demanding environments where excellence and continuous learning are key.
