Role Summary Lead database operations and service delivery across Oracle and SQL Server platforms, driving performance optimization, high availability, automation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead database operations, complex incident resolution, and service improvements. Design and implement HA/DR solutions across database environments. Drive database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning. Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Mentor database administrators and provide technical leadership.
