What You Will Do:
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources within the Group (ERP: Oracle, SAP; Misa, Excel, etc.), ensuring data completeness and consistency.
- Perform data cleansing, standardization, integration, and maintain centralized databases; build, optimize, and manage database systems.
- Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data; identify issues, risks, and propose data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Design dashboards, automated reports, charts, and visualizations on Power BI to support leadership in fast and effective decision-making.
- Present analytical reports and act as a strategic advisor to management through data insights.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather business requirements, assess needs, and propose suitable data solutions.
- Lead or participate in data analysis and reporting projects, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and practical applications.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements in data collection, processing, and analysis workflows to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Data-related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporations or enterprises with large-scale databases. Preference for candidates with experience in managing multi-source data (production, business, financial data).
- Strong knowledge and foundation in Finance and Accounting.
- Tools & Technical Skills: Excel: Proficient in Power Query, Power Pivot, and common functions.SQL/PostgreSQL: Intermediate level. Power BI Desktop: Proficient in Power Query, DAX, and data visualization.Python, AI: Experience applying in data analysis workflows is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
