Develop and update organizational structure related to Personal Data Protection (PDP) activities
Prepare budgets and implementation plans in accordance with PDP regulations issued periodically
Implement solutions for personal data protection
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PDP policies and procedures
Represent the bank in matters related to data protection with regulatory authorities
Manage and execute departmental functions and responsibilities, reporting to the division director or authorized delegate
Lead and manage the team
Job Requirements
1. Education
Minimum: Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in risk management related to PDP, audit, banking, law, or information technology
Certifications: Preference for international certifications related to PDP, data risk management, IT risk management, or IT audit. Examples include CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, CDPO, etc.
2. Knowledge/ Expertise
Legal expertise: Deep understanding of laws and regulations related to Personal Data Protection, including the PDP Law, decrees, and circulars
Risk assessment and management related to personal data processing
Policy and procedure frameworks to ensure compliance with PDP regulations
Technical knowledge in data security, encryption, and data management tools
Ability to organize training programs and raise awareness on Personal Data Protection
