Data Analyst ????? / ?????

1. Take ownership of Shopee Xpress projects end-to-end from extracting & exploring data, generating a hypothesis, building a structured analysis, rigorously evaluating methods and results, and driving measurable business impact
2. Provide analytical and valuable insights to support key business decisions
3. Build and maintain performance tracking dashboards in an automated manner from scratch to guide business units to achieve the business goal

Required:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
2. Proficient in SQL and excel/GSheet
3. A motivated self-learner with ability to prioritize and adapt to changes and work independently
4. Excellent independent-problem-solving skills
5. Great communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
1. Experience in Python
2. Experience in conducting data analysis that drive measurable business impact
3. Experience in google sheet and Google Apps Script (Javascript)
4. Experience in crawling online data
5. Knowledge in Machine Learning and Statistics
