Customer Success Manager – Onboarding Specialist

EC1 Partners is working with a leading financial markets technology business looking to hire a Customer Success Manager – Onboarding Specialist into its Singapore team.

This is a client-facing role focused initially on onboarding and implementation, with the opportunity to develop into broader Customer Success and account management responsibilities over time.

You will take ownership of new client implementations from kickoff through to go-live, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding projects from kickoff through to go-live
• Coordinate product training and initial platform setup
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Technical teams
• Manage client communication throughout the implementation process
• Help improve onboarding processes and overall client experience
• Document client requirements and use cases
• Gradually take ownership of a portfolio of accounts

Key Requirements

• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management or a similar client-facing role
• Background within financial services or technology
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client projects and priorities
• Confident presenting and explaining technology to clients
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• eFX, electronic trading or trading technology experience would be highly advantageous
• Outgoing, client-focused and comfortable engaging directly with customers
