Job Summary

You will primarily connect and build close relationships with pharmacies nationwide, supporting sales growth and promoting the Thuocsi.vn brand. The role requires proactive customer care, coordination with internal teams, and driving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Survey assigned areas and manage product presence at local pharmacies and clinics
• Develop and update customer lists; implement sales and promotional programs
• Guide customers on using the app and placing orders
• Regularly visit customers and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
• Report customer insights and propose product/service improvements
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and promote the brand
• Meet visit frequency and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or market development
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proactive, customer-focused, able to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to travel
• Good appearance
