Job Description

Communicate and support customers (via email, chat, and phone), especially international clients.

Guide users on how to use features on the Freshdi.com platform.

Verify buyers to ensure reliability before connecting them with suppliers.

Advise and encourage customers to upgrade to paid accounts.

Collect user feedback and propose improvements to enhance customer experience.

Coordinate with related departments (Marketing, Platform, etc.) to handle requests and improve service quality.

  • Prepare regular reports on work progress and results for management.
