Customer Service Executive / Receptionist

Tender Dental Care is looking for a friendly Customer Service Executive / Receptionist at The Venue Shoppes, Potong Pasir.

What you'll do

. Welcome patients and handle registration.

. Manage appointments, calls and messages.

. Assist with billing, payments and basic administration.

. Keep patient records accurate and reception organised.

. Help the team provide a smooth, comfortable patient experience.

What we're looking for

. Friendly, responsible and organised.

. Good communication and basic computer skills.

. Willing to learn and work well in a team.

Reception or customer service experience is helpful. No dental experience is required training will be provided.

Full-time | S$2,200-S$2,600 per month, depending on experience.
