Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Qun 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing effective support. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, coordinating communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships to uphold the company's standards for exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management to ensure streamlined operations and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction, fostering positive client relationships and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills to manage client needs efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
