Job Description

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support our growing e-commerce operations.

  • Customer Support

- Handle daily customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems

- Support customers with orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product questions

- Ensure timely responses and resolutions within SLA standards

- Escalate complex cases when needed

  • Process & Efficiency

- Spot common customer issues and share improvement ideas

- Help update FAQs, templates, and internal guides

- Keep customer records accurate and well-organized

  • Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Operations, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams

- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy

- Support team initiatives to improve customer experience

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Fresh graduates are welcome. Background in customer service, internships, part-time work, or relevant projects is a plus.

- Strong customer-first mindset with good written communication skills

- Able to handle multiple customer requests accurately and professionally

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing daily tasks

- Willing to learn new tools and processes (CRM experience such as Gorgias is a plus)

- Calm, positive, and professional in fast-paced situations

- Languages: Fluent in written/mail/chat English & Intermediate in English speaking.

- Compensation: upto 15.000.000 Gross VND/month + incentive based on performance (negotiate).

WOKING LOCATION

On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM 9:30 AM

(We start our day with a run and a reflective Feedforward session no meetings, no reports, just real connection.)
