Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

You will manage customer enquiries, resolve complaints, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels to provide accurate information and assistance
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update accurate customer records in the company system for reliable data management
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth customer service operations and timely issue resolution
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to support long-term engagement
• Support daily administrative tasks and prepare customer service reports as required to track performance and issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
• Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, to perform administrative and reporting tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Working days: 5 days per week
• Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
